Return Policy

Nutrition Products

We will not accept any returns on food and nutrition products that have been opened, but we can issue a store credit if you are unsatisfied with your order. If you do wish to pursue a return, please contact us before sending back an order. If you are not satisfied with your order, please tell us within 30 days of receipt. 

Damaged Packages

Sometimes packages can get damaged during shipment which is beyond the control of the receiver. If you receive an order that is in no condition to consume, please send us an email with a photo to hello@theadestation.com. We will provide either a replacement or issue a store credit for the damaged products. Please contact us within 7 business days of delivery if this occurs.
